My name is Fransiscus Herry. I am a CNC programmer/operator for a sheetmetal company based in Auckland – New Zealand. Though I’ve got degrees in Mechanical Engineering, I had realized a couple years ago that I was so in love with computer programming and optimization. This is especially true when these subjects are combined with CAD/CAM issues, for example when I firstly developed Image2Punch in 2005.

In 2007 I founded my own company, Aucad Drafting Limited, to sell Image2Punch as my “first-born” software and take my very first step in “internet-preneur” business. The experiences are so awesome and overwhelm. It just encourages me to provide better support and better quality for all my customers.

Being the founder and a "weekend-owl" programmer  of a one-band software company, as well as a CNC programmer and operator, teach me a bit about what it takes to create commercial piece of engineering software and how to use all the limited resources to accomplish that.
